When Park Shore Real Estate first opened its doors back in 1961, the vision was to create an environment that provides focus on the needs of customers searching to buy and/or sell a home in the community. Over 50 years serving our local communities, we have grown to provide the following:

PARK SHORE HISTORY

In 1992, Bill Herdman Real Estate, another long-respected name in the community, merged with Park Shore and in 1982 became the "first" Coldwell Banker franchise office in Washington State.

Today, we are the longest established full-service real estate firm on the Kitsap Peninsula. Locally owned but nationally known as a Coldwell Banker company, we continue to provide strong support and deliver the highest level of service to all who cross our threshold.

Our associates are real estate experts from the Tacoma Narrows bridge to Hood Canal and points between the entire Kitsap Peninsula as well as North Mason (Belfair) and North Pierce (Gig Harbor) Counties.
